Is Weston House noisy at night?
No—quiet hours are in place from 11pm to 6am daily to ensure a peaceful stay.
How clean are the shared areas?
Shared areas are cleaned daily, including the kitchen, shower rooms, toilets and communal spaces. This helps keep the property consistently maintained for guests staying short or long term.
Will I have my own private space?
Yes—each room has a lockable door, personal storage, and its own smart TV.
What happens if there’s a problem during my stay?
Weston House has on-site management, so there is someone locally available to deal with problems or concerns that arise during your stay.
Is Weston House suitable for long-term stays?
Yes—we are designed specifically for working professionals and long-term guests.
What is included in the weekly cost?
Utilities, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning of shared spaces and weekly cleaning and change of linen of private room, support from on site staff are all included.
Is the property secure?
Yes. Our building has CCTV, and each guest has a key and lockable room. Our entrance doors have a coded system in place, which is changed regularly.
Are guests allowed visitors?
We ask all guests to respect the quiet and safety of others—visitors are welcome during the day but must follow house guidelines.
What makes Weston House different from other shared properties?
Weston House combines private bedrooms with practical shared facilities, daily communal cleaning and on-site management. Guests have the independence of self-catering accommodation without being left in an unmanaged property if something needs attention.
Do you offer weekly rates?
Yes. Discounted weekly rates are available for stays of seven nights or longer, subject to availability.
Is parking included?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for guests, with additional free public parking close to Weston House.
Are the showers shared?
Weston House has five individual shower rooms. They are shared facilities, but each shower room is completely private while in use and the shower facilities are cleaned daily.
